PROJECT DESCRIPTION

975 Nostrand contains 328 market-rate apartments, a new supermarket, and retail spaces on Nostrand Avenue. The apartments are housed in two 9-story buildings with double-loaded corridors, facing Nostrand Avenue and Clove Road, and arranged around a large, landscaped courtyard that's outfitted with a dog run, sports facilities, and shaded garden areas.

 

Other amenities include a large fitness center with a yoga room, a children's playroom, a game room equipped with a pool table, co-working spaces, lounges, and a DIY maker space.

 

Residents will have use of shared garden plots on the roof terraces. The apartments feature huge windows, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer units, stone kitchen countertops, and resident-controlled heating and cooling units. The materials and design have been carefully chosen to create a warm, modern environment.
