The BEC I and II project involved the renovation of 771 units of housing across 56 buildings throughout the Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights neighborhoods of Brooklyn.

 

The team implemented a broad scope of improvements across the buildings including new roofs, repointing of masonry, new windows, and refreshed common spaces. Upon completion of the two-year construction period, the affordability of these homes will be guaranteed for 35 years.
