Boulevard Houses (the high-rise buildings, BH-HR), Fiorentino Plaza (FR), and Belmont-Sutter (BS) project area is a 1,673--unit residential cluster spread across 29 high- and low-rise buildings located in East New York. This preservation project undertakes extensive interior and exterior renovations including new kitchens and bathrooms for all residences.

 

General upgrades to building systems include new roofs, windows, elevators, and renovated public spaces.  New common laundry areas are being provided.  Site-wide landscaping, sidewalks, and playground are being renovated and amenities like a dog run are to be added. 

 

This project invests in existing low-income housing to ensure that residents will have modern, safe, healthy homes.
