PROJECT DESCRIPTION

537 West 59th Street is a 9-story, new construction, 200-bed women's homeless shelter on the west side of Manhattan. In addition to having access to supportive services, residents will also have access to an on-site library and wellness center, and a landscaped roof terrace with planting gardens on the 3rd floor. A full-service kitchen and dining room will provide meals to residents, and a health clinic open to the general public will be provided at street level.
